A New Foreclosure Solution?

So, I just wanted to share the rules of the program with you.  The rules of the program are simple and powerful.

The first thing is you must be behind at least one payment.  If you are struggling every month to pay your mortgage — if you are not behind one payment, then this will not work for you. You must be behind at least one payment, and secondly, you must not have had any kind of mortgage reduction or loan modification at all.

You must be able to show that you can pay the mortgage payment after it is refinanced, and you must be able to demonstrate that your debt to income ratio is no more than 48%.

Then, there is one final rule, and that is that you can’t have been less than 21 days before your foreclosure deadline.

So, this solution is only workable providing you are no less than 21 days before your foreclosure deadling.  You need to have at least 21 days between today and the deadline of your foreclosure in order for this solution to work.

This is something that is brand new - it’s hot, and it is working to help many people.  There is a small fee of $1,000.  Some may not consider that small, but considering what you are getting, which is a brand new mortgage for one year, which you will be able to refinance after a year — it is very powerful.

I will write some more later about this, but for now, anybody who is interested and needing a solution to their financial dilemma and they are feeling like their house is upside down and they have nowhere else to turn, I am inviting you to don’t delay.

Call me right now! You can contact me by the number at the top of the screen, or you can send an e-mail.  You can fill out one of the forms.  There are many ways in which you can contact.  If you want to get me directly, just call 1-877-336-7001 and ask to speak to Peter.

What Steps are You Taking Today to End the Foreclosure Process?

January 12, 2009 by Admin

Well, it’s the beginning of a new week, Monday morning, and I know everybody’s back at work fully involved in their commitment, especially those who are in foreclosure. I just finished talking to Daphne.  She said she’s at work, calling me from work, committed to her work, but unsure of what steps she ought to take today to end her foreclosure process.  I shared with her a new insight that I want to share with you. It’s simple, short, but powerful.  It’s simply this.

If you were to bring the same commitment you bring to the workplace to solve the problems of your employer to your foreclosure problems, what would happen? If you were to bring that same commitment –that same energy, that same dedication, that same devotion, what would your life look like as you go through the foreclosure process? I would challenge you to believe that most people never bring the same commitment they bring to the workplace to their own personal financial problems.  In the first place, while at your workplace you are accountable to somebody and so when you’re dealing with a personal problem or personal financial issue, there is often times a lack of accountability.

I told Daphne — I said listen, if you were to bring accountability and responsibility into your personal life the way it is already existing in your work life, what difference would that make? What difference would it make if you became accountable to yourself and responsible for yourselves in your personal finances? I do declare it’ll make a dramatic difference! AND….. It’ll totally change the way you approach your day! Who goes to work and says well, if I don’t get this done today, it’s okay? Very few people, if they’re involved in a successful job, would ever think that way.  Yet many approach their personal finance problems with the thought — you know, if I don’t call the bank today or don’t respond to the lawyer today or don’t try and call an investor today or don’t try and look for solution today, it’s okay. And you automatically go from the problem to the despair and the depression and the feelings of you are not good enough and you are going to lose your house.  This is without bringing any of the energy, the commitment, the dedication, that we bring to the workplace to our personal lives. I invite you right now to reverse this behavior.  Bring the same commitment that you utilize and bring to your workplace, bring it to your personal life and watch how.

I want to add to that — let me add to that another important distinction that when you’re facing a personal crisis like foreclosure, on Monday morning it’s a very challenging time for most because that’s a time when everybody is coming back to work and everybody is becoming productive after taking a weekend off, weekend of relaxation. For many in foreclosure, you have not had this weekend of relaxation, rest and family and your weekend has probably been one of worry and frustration, fear and uncertainty. Wondering what you’re going to do, wondering how you’re going to solve your problems, fearful about when the bank or the sheriff is going to come to evict you? Frustrated after having tried so many different attempts and called so many different people and you still have not found a solution. So, not only do you have no rest, relaxation, fun, family, peace, and harmony on your weekend, but now you are forced to begin a new work week with that same unresolved issue in the background of your life.

Well, along with bringing the same commitments that you bring to your job to your personal life, here is what I want to ask you to examine. Examine the possibility that you’ve been relating to this foreclosure problem as though it should not be and in the context of this foreclosure problem should not be, you have found tons of evidence to feel sorry for yourself, to feel that there’s somebody to blame, to look for that person to blame, to feel  free that you could have avoided this situation. You spend a lot of energy reflecting on stuff that doesn’t matter right now, it will make no difference right now to change or transform your current situation. I’m inviting you to reconsider the framework or the context that you brought to the foreclosure problem you’re facing. The notion that it should not be is false. If it should not be, then it would not be.

But, by re-framing or creating a new context of it should be and it’s an opportunity for me to look in my life and see how to create the kind of life where I’m foreclosure proof, you can automatically change your state and become powerful in the instant of the moment. You do not have to live with the fear and the frustration and the feelings of futility if you take on the notion, hey, this problem that your facing should be because of the way life has been for you, but you can become powerful in this moment to direct the future to create the kind of life where you are foreclosure proof.

What kind of plan would you need? What do you need to continue exploring a new invention or a new idea, or putting together a new plan of action — could you live a life that’s foreclosure proof, if you stay on the same course you have been on, thinking the same thoughts, engaging in the same actions. What would it look like to create a life that is totally foreclosure free? Would it look like taking all your debts and really canceling out your debts one by one and changing your relationship to money? And totally, completely, transforming the way you relate to my finances.  This is a powerful approach that will lead you down the pathway not only to freedom from foreclosure and all kinds of bad debts, but it would lead you to financial freedom. So, to begin today.

Getting Out of Foreclosure is So Easy When You know How to Do More than Merely Write a Hardship Letter. Do You Know That?

So, we’re now rounding the corner towards this year’s finished line.

I have just talked to so many people out there who are literally scrambling for a solution to getting out of foreclosure.  They are indeed very much stuck.

Let me tell you about Vicky and Sergio.

They were real smart and resourceful and I felt impressed by the amount of research they did.

Sergio was a Med Student and Vicky worked from home selling Mary Kay.

We had a simple but clarifying conversation.  And they quickly knew exactly what actions they needed to take within the first few minutes of the phone call.

They were behind on their payments and they were trying to find out how to make the impending foreclosure go away.

I shared clearly that the only thing that makes foreclosures go away is “Money.”

They said plainly and in one voice spoken in unison, “But can’t we just write a hardship letter to the bank?”

Why Not Use the Foreclosure Procedure to Blow Up Your Power and Expand Your Capacity?

I want to talk for a moment about your feelings that you are trapped in the foreclosure procedure. I fully understand and comprehend why you might feel that way.  It is very easy to feel stuck; to feel debilitated; to feel depressed; to feel totally diminished by being caught up in the foreclosure procedure.

James and Julie were in this position. They didn’t know what to do. They felt like they had no power whatsoever.  After all, when they looked at their lives, they recognized that they had been struggling with finances for many, many, many years. Actually, it had been the ever unending story in their lives; it seemed like a story they both inherited from their parents.  There was never enough money.  They was always more month than money. They were never any extras. There was always more bills, and they always seemed to be paying their bills late. They always seemed to have bad credit, and now, after years of debilitating financial struggle and hardship, finally they find themselves stuck in the foreclosure process. Bad credit, no power, nothing that allows them to experience even a taste of the good life, and that’s where I met them. I had three simple solutions for James and Julie, and I will freely share them with you.

Part 3

Sandra just couldn’t believe it. Her lender who she thought was on her side seemed like he had just turned against her.  And while she was usually happy and optimistic, now she became resigned and cynical.  She felt certain she would have been able to pay this mortgage had the lender done what he had promised he would do. She was really sure it was not her fault that she was in foreclosure.  Yet, why did it  seem like was she the only one suffering all the circumstances. Who would take responsibility for her lender’s errors in handling her file?

So, What is it That Has You Stuck in the Foreclosure Process?

PART 2

Susan was crying on the phone as she explained her story to me. She just got home from the grocery store and as she was putting away her goods when the door bell rang.  A stranger at the door handed her an envelope and said he was to hand deliver this notice from the county courthouse. Immediately, her countenance fell.

She couldn’t believe it! How could they do this to her? I promised her that we can get to the bottom of her problem with a simple conversation.  I asked her to continue sharing with me her situation while I took down some careful notes. She knew for sure that her lender was now foreclosing on her house even though she explained her situation to them and they promised that they would give her time to get caught up. She thought to herself, “what a bunch of mean, lying, evil and self-centered jerks. Don’t they have any sympathy for a single Mother with four children? Now, all the legal fees would start adding up, and all the letters from real estate investor vultures would start coming offering to buy her house, and her neighbors would soon find out that she was in foreclosure and her reputation would be shot.

But worse than that where would she find another place to live in this bad real estate market. Clearly, the banks weren’t lending money even to people with good credit.  Now she had bad credit and she felt like she was living in a sinking ship. Clearly, Susan had been through the foreclosure process many times before.  She knew the entire procedure almost by heart. So, I had to ask her the simple question that many feel is to hard or difficult or mean to ask.  “What is it that has you sinking into foreclosure every six to twelve months,”  I asked? Are you attracting this financial demise into your life or is it attracting you?

You see many times we don’t get the right answers in life, simply because we don’t ask the right questions.  So, within the scope of this question are a series of about three other smaller but serious questions.  And frankly it doesn’t matter who you are if you’re facing a reoccurring foreclosure situation.

You must confront these three questions.

Question Number 1 Are you stuck in the foreclosure process because you have a house that is simply too expensive for you? So let me hear you tell the truth.  What is it really? No, no, no you’re not going to escape from this question! If you thought you got away all those other times before well let me tell you, I got you now and you can’t go anywhere.  Don’t even think of leaving this blog post until you confront this question.

Are you one of those who is living way beyond your means? Did you buy much more house than you can afford with a mortgage far greater than you can afford to pay and you refuse to tell yourself or anybody else the truth all this time? If that is the case then you deserve to be in foreclosure because you’re pretending that you can afford to live in a great big expensive house when you know that you can’t. I’m not saying that you won’t be able to live in a huge fancy house one day or that you don’t deserve to live in one now.

This is not about what you deserve to live in nor about the possibilities and potential that exists for you.  I believe you are powerful beyond measure. You can really accomplish anything you want and buy any kind of house you want to buy – and actually afford to live in it. However, if you have found yourself in and out of foreclosure over and over again then you need to take  a serious look at your game plan. No, I’m not here to tell you what you want to hear on this subject.  I’m here to tell you what you need to hear.

Either you get a bigger game plan that will match the size of the house you are living in or you get a smaller house that corresponds to the game plan you have created for yourself. But, you can’t continue the madness you’ve been engaged in. I’ve got some solutions that will help you identify and adjust either way.

If this post has impacted you and you want to scale down but you’re having trouble getting the house sold in this declining market then you’ve got to let me know. You can either call the number at the top of the screen or fill out the opt-in box with your information at the top right hand side of this blog post.  I promise I will have a powerful conversation with you that will leave you in a place of freedom and choice. You will be able to see your options clearly and I can help you choose wisely.

Don’t get me wrong now.  I’m not begging you to call!  I have much more that I can be doing than talking on the phone. The only reason I do it is because I really care about the number of people losing their homes unnecessarily in this country.

In my view, it doesn’t have to be this way. Simply by telling the truth and facing the facts I can help you make some powerful and wise choices even in this market that will totally get you unstuck and free once and for all from the unending cycle of the foreclosure process.

Question Number 2 Are you stuck in the foreclosure process because you are being careless and unfaithful with your money? Well, if this is your problem then quite frankly what do you want in the way of a solution? There is very little anyone can do to help you if you’ve chosen to squander your money on a consistent, regular basis.

So, let’s get one thing straight, it doesn’t matter what habit or addiction or freakish fantasy you’re squandering your money in, I’m telling you to STOP IT NOW. It is one thing to be facing foreclosure and really want help to get out of the vicious cycle.  But, it’s another to totally sabotage your own financial well being on a daily basis by engaging in the game of satisfying your urges and addictions and feel good moments. Who are you trying to fool? And what game are you trying to play? Get real and start telling the truth about yourself and dealing with your issues in a healthy and powerful fashion.

There are real and meaningful actions that you must take today if you’re squandering money.  If you are spending your money at the casino gambling the night away then it’s simply no wonder that you’re stuck in the foreclosure process. My question to you is,”How much money do you need to loose until you conclude that you’ve had enough pain? How much worse does it need to get for you? Okay, you say I don’t gamble but I do go to strip joints and drink a whole lot.  It’s my escape from all my problems and what’s more, I get a good kick out of seeing the pretty girls dance. Well then that’s what has you stuck in the foreclosure process.  Some alcohol and a girl.

You see, sooner or later you must face the facts and tell the truth. If you want to be powerful and put an end to your constant “in and out” of the foreclosure process, then you have to make a choice.

Here’s how you do that. Begin today by determining that you will guard your money as if it were your very life.  Get all the help you need to overcome your addictions.  Involve yourself in another activity that does not waste and squander your money. Choice definitively to enhance the quality of your life. And lift yourself from the clutches of gambling, alcohol, sex and smoking addictions.  I promise you they will suck the life from your financial future and back you into a small corner.  Don’t let life back you into a small corner. But you say, how shall I deal with all my stress and fear and worries?

Well you go on the offensive.  No matter what your problem is. Impending threat of foreclosure.  If you get up and start taking aggressive powerful action then you will actually begin to drive your problems into a small corner. By continually engaging in this practice instead of giving in to your addictions and urges you will find your strength of character and personhood beginning to rebuild.  And you can actually avoid the trap of the foreclosure process and all the uncertainty and pain it causes.

Question Number 3  Are you stuck in the foreclosure process because you attracting or drawing negative events and circumstances into your life? So, don’t get me wrong when I tell you I understand your circumstances.  I get that something incidental and traumatic has happened that has you broken and battered and beaten and bruised.  You’ve be strung out by life’s circumstances and now you’ve ended up stuck in the foreclosure process. Clearly, there are circumstances that happen in everyone’s life.  And I get there are things that happen that are totally beyond your control.

My question to you is “What it that you are doing with life’s circumstances that you are constantly threatened by the foreclosure process? Why not get out and then go build the kind of life that insulates you and makes you secure and safe from this damnable threaten of foreclosure and homelessness? You see so many people who are in foreclosure think of themselves as victims. Somewhere along the line they’ve chosen to simply sit back and let life happen to them.

Well I’m here to tell you, “Don’t just let life happen to you!” Get up and start impacting life. Begin to make dynamic and lifelong changes to the way in which you operate. Yes that’s right! Don’t sit back and wait for life to change for you.  If you’re waiting for that to happen then I promise you you’ll be waiting a mighty long time. But, if you begin today to make little changes to your life then you will begin to have results that will last a lifetime.

That’s the truth I learned from one of my most powerful and impacting mentors known as Jim Rohn. If you want life to change then you must change. You must change your attitude and your philosophy and your perspective. Change your diet and your exercise regiment and your behavior. If you’re willing to change then your whole life will change around you.

So, start right now to look at which one of these questions applies to you! Don’t do what you’ve always done and walk away from a challenging question, thought or idea.  Start looking at your life.  Look at what it is that’s got you stuck. Look at your attitude and your philosophy.

And create a plan of action that will get you unstuck and leave you free. I’m going to end this post by asking you to do one simple task. First, I want you to fill out the information box at the very top right of this blog post.  Just enter in your information there and I’ll be able to give you a call to further help you.

Or you can if you really want to get help fast then click on the words at the top that say “Get A Loan Negotiation” and completely fill out all the information in that form.  I promise a highly trained professional will be in touch with you within 48 hours to help you either structure a loan modification or establish a plan of action to get out of foreclosure.  Don’t delay call today.

So How Do You Relate to Your Foreclosure Problem?

PART 1

So, there I was on a phone call with Ronald and Cara that had me just yearning to scream. Have you ever been in a conversation with someone who was so broken and frustrated that they just could not see clearly? This young couple was caught in the Foreclosure Process and boy oh boy were they stuck.  They were so stuck that they simply couldn’t see clearly. If their eyes could have been opened they would have realized that they were relating to their foreclosure problem in a very powerless way.

I wished they could know that solutions to their problem lay all around them but they couldn’t know that without my help. I began by sharing the truth.  I knew I had to say something that would get their attention and so I started by saying something totally shocking.  I said “The truth is there are no problems in life, there are only challenges that need to be handled and managed!” Well, that was like throwing gasoline on the fiery flames of their foreclosure crisis.  They ignited in a fury of anger and suspicion. How do you feel about your foreclosure situation? Do you see it as a major problem in your life or as a challenge that needs to be managed? If you’re stuck in foreclosure or overwhelming debt or facing any other kind of crisis, I suggest you take a minute and read the rest of this post.

John and Shawna were were sitting alone in their home and feeling helpless and hopeless. They had just gotten off the phone with the bank.  They felt hurt and violated. How could anybody be so rude? They had never felt so abused and certainly never been so kicked around. They tried for months to get in touch with this same banker and talk to someone who would listen to their case.  But then they kept on getting the run around. Now, after months of not getting a response back from the right people, the bank called them.  But they didn’t  even want to listen to their story.  They simply called to say you have 30 days to either pay up or get out of the house. But guess what was even more devastating than this?

Can You Relate to My Friend’s Foreclosure Story?

Are You Aware There is an Answer to Foreclosure? Do you have good friends that you touch base with a couple times per year? Due to families, busy lifestyles and distance you just don’t connect as often as you would like. Aren’t those the calls that really make your day? Reconnecting with old friends. I had the pleasure to speak with Jim who has been a dear friend for over 20 years now. Although, this conversation was an eye opener for me. Jim lost his job a few years ago and this was right when certain areas had started going into what looks to be a recession. His wife, Jackie also worked at the same employer and was let go during the wave of lay-offs too. Here they were both unemployed from their jobs.  Now, where they worked was an excellent company as far as pay and benefits. NO MORE.
