Recently, I came across a book by Jim Rohn called Seven Strategies for Wealth and Happiness. And boy did it give me a powerful conversation to share with you that I think will greatly transform your life and help you solve your foreclosure. I was in the process of helping somebody who was in foreclosure. His name was Thomas.
Thomas had found himself in the precarious financial situation of an impending foreclosure. He felt stuck in the foreclosure procedure. He was in the midst of losing everything he once had and everything he had worked so hard for. But now the prospect of losing his home, his security, his hard-earned equity along with his peace of mind, and dignity was devastating. But even worse than that, the looming questions of where would he live; what would he do; where would his family live; and how would his children survive appeared larger than life? So who really wants to go through a foreclosure?

I want you to meet Daniel and Mary. They live in Arizona and until recently were very happy with their beautiful two story home. There was plenty of space for their their children Kendal and Kathy to play and a big back yard for the cat and the dog. In a very real sense they lived like the typical American family until they faced the troubling threat of losing their home to foreclosure.
There are millions in our nation right now who are facing this impending probability of foreclosure. So, if you’re one of those who are stuck in the foreclosure procedure and you’ve received a letter or a notice of default from your bank and you are threatened with the possibility of losing your equity and losing your hard-earned security, I want you to know that there’s an access here, or an opportunity, for you to win and become unstoppable in the face of foreclosure.
Many times in the midst of life’s crises we choose to let the circumstances stop us. But what I’ve discovered is that if you are somehow able to go through these circumstances then there is possibly a more powerful life on the other side. That is because the circumstances that you’re able to conquer and go through carry for you an incredible possibility in terms of growth, development and personal power.
But that is only if you’re able to go and get to the other side of your circumstances. For Daniel and his wife, Mary who were facing foreclosure the situation was very real. They didn’t know what they were going to do. They had already received a foreclosure notice from the bank, a notice of default. They had 30 days to stop their foreclosure. Can you imagine having to here those shock words that in 30 days, the bank promised that they were going to come in and repossess their house?
