Are You Aware There is an Answer to Foreclosure? Do you have good friends that you touch base with a couple times per year? Due to families, busy lifestyles and distance you just don’t connect as often as you would like. Aren’t those the calls that really make your day? Reconnecting with old friends. I had the pleasure to speak with Jim who has been a dear friend for over 20 years now. Although, this conversation was an eye opener for me. Jim lost his job a few years ago and this was right when certain areas had started going into what looks to be a recession. His wife, Jackie also worked at the same employer and was let go during the wave of lay-offs too. Here they were both unemployed from their jobs. Now, where they worked was an excellent company as far as pay and benefits. NO MORE.

Recently, I came across the story of a young man who had basically checked out of life while caught in the foreclosure process.
For sure the procedure of going through foreclosure is grueling, devastating, and oftentimes downright demeaning, and many people choose in the moment of this crisis, to check out.
By checking out I mean they just give up.
This young man who I’ll call Sam was in this very position. He felt like he was in a deep, dark hole, and that there was no way to get out. No matter who he turned to and no matter who he called on, nobody wanted to help him.
When he called the lender no one wanted to talk to him.
When he called the bank, he got no returned call.
When he called his broker, there were no answers, and so Sam, instead of choosing to check into life, checked out.
How did he check out?

WELL YOU NEED TO BE!!! Danny and Josephine were in BIG TROUBLE! They were stuck in the foreclosure procedure and didn’t know how to get out. But worse than that, their credit was now totally shot. What should they possibly do? After some careful thinking and planning they saw that their situation was not all lost. They were back on their way to not only stopping their foreclosure but also rebuilding their credit.
