Why Not Use the Foreclosure Procedure to Blow Up Your Power and Expand Your Capacity?

I want to talk for a moment about your feelings that you are trapped in the foreclosure procedure. I fully understand and comprehend why you might feel that way.  It is very easy to feel stuck; to feel debilitated; to feel depressed; to feel totally diminished by being caught up in the foreclosure procedure.

James and Julie were in this position. They didn’t know what to do. Now, I’m sure you would agree that just because 50,000 people think an idea that’s bad or dumb or stupid, that doesn’t make the idea they’re thinking worthwhile or valuable or good or intelligent, does it? No! So, let’s think for a moment. When something is going down, the natural law of life says that something else is going up. What is that about? Well, if the market is going down — if the housing market is going down and you happen to be caught like a victim in a down economy and you’ve lost your house, you’ve lost your place of security and safety, you’ve lost all your equity — listen, whatever you do, don’t lose hope.

You can take advantage of this down economy today, but you have to decide now that you’re going to move into another house. You’ve got to choose now to let go of the sinking ship of the house you’re in and get into another house. How do you do that?

What is your greatest power in this moment? It is the power of emptiness and nothingness. When you have nothing, when your life is free, totally free, from goods, from products, from belongings, you may have a meager existence represented by very little. Why not take this moment and begin painting your future? Use your imagination to innovatively determine and create whatever you want in your future, what kind of house do you want to live in, where do you want to live, what kind of car do you want to drive, what kind of job do you want to have, what kind of relationship do you want to have?

You have nothing to lose. Why not? Why not just be like a child again and play with crayons? Remember those days when you just wrote wildly or you just scribbled, didn’t even worry about whether or not you were scribbling or coloring within the lines, you just colored. Why not go and play full out and just color your life, color your future, pretend you’re a child again and just use your imagination and create whatever you want to create?

Create it. Dynamically, powerfully, creative. Make it weird, make it odd, make it strange. Create the kind of house you want to live in or build. Create the kind of lifestyle you want to be enjoying. Create it right now. Get out a big sheet of paper and storyboard it, paint it. Paint it with color, paint it with vitality. Paint it with your emotions. Paint it with your feelings. Paint it with your words. Paint it brightly. Paint it the way you see it in your mind. Don’t give thought to whether or not it’s possible, just write it out there. Just put it out there. Paint it, visualize it.
