Is President Elect Barack Obama Going to Stop the Foreclosure Procedure You’re Caught In?
Listen to this! Mr. Scott actually called his lender and assured him that he will be able to get out of foreclosure by January 20, 2009 because that’s the date President Elect Barack Obama will take office and change the foreclosure procedure completely. People actually believe that the President Elect Barack Obama, will fix their foreclosure crisis. Yes, that’s right. They think he has a Magic Button that he will press and the foreclosure procedure will change and all the foreclosures will stop. If you are one of those who is stuck in the foreclosure procedure and holding on to this absurd philosophy then I have news for you.
Now, I’m not saying that President Elect Barack Obama will not implement policies, solutions, and ideas that will greatly help those who are facing the foreclosure procedure. I believe the policies and ideas that he’s presented make sense. His 90 day freeze or moratorium on bank foreclosures would provide some immediate relieve. And I’m confident that he is compassionate and interested in helping anybody who is in foreclosure and facing the possibility of losing their home.
But, I’m writing this blog post not to talk about that, but to talk about the fact that you must not use President Elect Barack Obama as an excuse for doing nothing. There are many who are, right now, sitting back on their hands and relaxing because Obama won. They have lost their vigilance and sense of urgency to find a solution while in foreclosure procedure. This is absolutely unacceptable. To believe that because the democrats have won and because President Elect Barack Obama is getting ready to transition into the halls of power, and that he has a compassionate eye towards those in foreclosure — therefore, I don’t need to do anything myself while stuck in the foreclosure procedure is a sure way to end up losing your home. Let me tell you, that is a recipe for failure and utmost disaster.
If you want to get out of foreclosure, to stop foreclosure, to solve your foreclosure problem, you must not leave the solution in the hands of somebody else. Many people who are in foreclosure have been in foreclosure not just once, not just twice, but three and four and five times. This becomes a re-occurring routine for them, until eventually, they end up losing their house anyways because the fees and the lawyer fees, become too high.
So, it’s clear to me, that the real issue is not so much with the government, or the bank, or the lawyers, or the courtroom, or the realtor, or the broker. So many times while facing the foreclosure crisis, while stuck in foreclosure, we rely on somebody else, holding onto the hope that they will come through on our behalf. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, that is a recipe for disaster. If you want to solve a foreclosure, you must continue to take the bull by the horns. Take your situation upon yourself. Begin to recognize, listen, you are the one in the driver’s seat of this You really do have the power, skill, ability and the possibility of stopping the foreclosure procedure and saving your home.
You can find a solution. You don’t have to sit back and believe that there is no solution. You can find a solution. You can create a solution. Well, there are four main reasons why people go into foreclosure, and I have found that even in the midst of these crises, most in foreclosure believe that the answer to their problem lies in the hands of somebody else. The main reasons are overwhelming debt, divorce, disease or a death in the family. These reasons are all social reasons. And the social reasons often times trigger the financial crisis.
If you look at the way you put your finances together, you will see a clear picture. A clear, concise picture that helps you see how you got into this crisis. In order to solve a foreclosure problem that you are facing I encourage you to start creating a clear, concise picture that maps your path out of the foreclosure procedure. This is the first step.
Stop waiting for somebody else to fix it. Stop waiting for the government, stop waiting for the Democrats, stop waiting for Obama, and you take action yourself today. Well, what can you do? You can contact an advisor who can help you construct a way out. Yes even in the midst of your social issue that’s impacted you so heavily, you can still have a tremendous amount of hope and belief that with the right support you can take advantage of the right opportunities and strategies and get your self out of the foreclosure procedure once and for all. There’s still time to turn things around.
But how do you turn things around? Well, it begins by securing a loan modification. That begins by having a conversion with your bank where you ask for a loan modification. In order to get that you’ll have to create or write a hardship letter, and there’s information on this blog on exactly how to write a hardship letter, which will get presented before your banker, before your lender, and soon you will be able to have a conversation. Now, I’m not suggesting this is an easy process, to get a loan modification.
What I suggest is that you contact the Loan Negotiator Group by clicking on the link that is on this website, right here on this blog, and fill out the form completely and you will get a response within 24 hours. Somebody will be able to take down your name and information, collect all the information about you, what you’re going through, share what you most likely qualify for in terms of loan modification and help you get started. Don’t wait on Obama. Act now. Click on the link Loan Negotiator Group on this blog, fill out the form, and get started on your road to surviving foreclosure today and starting to build wealth.
