Do You Want The Seven Golden Strategies For Stopping Foreclosure And Building Wealth And Happiness?

Recently, I came across a book by Jim Rohn called Seven Strategies for Wealth and Happiness. And boy did it give me a powerful conversation to share with you that I think will greatly transform your life and help you solve your foreclosure. I was in the process of helping somebody who was in foreclosure.  His name was Thomas.

He asked me, well, what should I do? I’m facing foreclosure and in 30 days I’m going to lose my house.  What is there possible for me to do? I asked him other questions, which seemed rhetorical. What do you want to do? What do you want to have? Where do you want to go? Where do you want to live?

What goals you set will greatly determine the kind of life you live. So, setting goals is like being able to grab hold of a steering wheel of  life and directing your entire humanity to where you want to go. The trouble with most people in foreclosure is they set no goals, or, they set goals but they don’t set goals that motivate them.  They don’t set goals that are powerful.  They don’t set goals that are unreasonable.  They don’t set goals that are dynamic. The truth about the matter is, if you set no goals, it’s like aiming at nothing.  If you aim at nothing, you’ll hit it every time.

Take a moment right now and review your entire financial plan: Review your lifestyle. Review your academics. Review your plan for personal development. Review your plan for relational development with your family. Take inventory of what you have left.  Take inventory of who you are.  Take inventory of who you really want to be.  Take stock of what you see yourself doing and accomplishing. What is your real purpose here? What is possible for you to accomplish? Take inventory of your hidden talents, your hidden abilities, your hidden skills.  All the stuff you know you know how to do, you’re not doing. Then set some goals. Set some goals that will take you to where you want to go. 

If you set the right goals, you can go anywhere. It’s like turning the steering wheel of your car.  By setting goals, you can direct your vehicle, the vehicle of your humanity, in any direction.  But goals are oftentimes not enough. You’ve got to set goals that motivate you. Set goals that give you power. Set goals that energize you. Set goals that empower you and strengthen you. Set goals that seep into your dreams at night and keep you awake and get you up in the morning and excite you and stimulate you. Set goals that are well-defined. There is incredible power when you have a well-defined goal that turns into a well-defined big dream.

Small goals never turn into big dreams. Large goals can turn into big dreams and I promise you if you have a big dream, a big dream has a mighty power that will pull you towards your destiny. What do you want that destiny to be? You can test it, even if you want to set a goal of getting out of foreclosure.  That’s a good place to start. Why not?
