Obama is doing the same thing that Busch did, he is paying the lenders with bailouts, it didnt work for busch and its not going to work for Obama or for any of us that are in Forclosure!

What the middle class needs more then anything RIGHT NOW is a:

    Foreclosure FIX Proposal.

    1. Halt all Foreclosures in the USA for the span of 1YR.
This will make the lenders sit up and take notice.
It will also make people feel safer, when people feel safer they tend to shop and buy items for their homes and other things, Thus helping the economy.

    2. Envoke Lender Laws, such as Lenders must within a year work out something viable with the homeowners that currently still reside on the property.
advise lenders that their “workout” will be monotored by the government.
And that both parties must come to an agreement of some kind.
Note: This will only pertain to homeowners that are still in the home.

Advise lenders that if they do not work out something viable they will be fined by the government.

After the span of 1yr is over say a homeowner is still in default then the government can allow the lender to foreclose.

Make lenders lend again Simply by envoking a law that states lenders must lend at set rates and also must lend to less then perfect credit holders with government montoring all transactions via government approval.

If lenders continue to refuse to lend, freeze their assests, and fine them as well.

This would not cost as much as what is being done now, now the government is almost bribing lenders with monies to get them to lend, and they are STILL NOT lending! infact they are only taking advantage such as the case of AIG.
