Are you really ready for a dramatic change in your financial situation?

Sam and Mindy had just moved to a new city and purchased a beautiful home.  But then suddenly Mindy got pregnant and had to take time off of work.  Sam’s company started a round of lay offs and he was among the first to go.  Now they are behind on their payments and in grave danger of foreclosure or even bankruptcy

If this story sounds much like your story let me ask you how you can recover?  I believe – Yes, You Can Recover!  Let me give you eight quick and easy steps to get you on the right track so that you can know exactly what actions you must take.  Believe me you don’t have to feel stuck or helpless.  You are much more powerful than you think.  Let me show you in this post.  Also check out some of the links to the side of this post.  I suggest “Wealth Beyond Reason”  You will find it to be an incredible resource.

I encourage you to really take some time and read some of the other post here at the Foreclosure Doctor Online.  This is a place that I frequently update with valuable information for you.  My whole purpose and goal is to add great value to the lives of all those who read this blog posts.

Please feel free to comment on this post and let me know any other ways I can help you stop your foreclosure and start building wealth.

Eight Quick and Easy Powerful Steps

1. Know the amount of your monthly bills.  Have a clear picture of what your monthly expenses are and list them in a priority order.

2. Take complete inventory of what you have left.  If you’ve lost a job or there’s a death in the family, this is crucial.  Identify what you have left in terms of resources.  Here is a short list to get you started.

  • Quality Time
  • Health and Energy
  • Imagination and Creativity
  • Confidence and Commitment
  • Willingness to Try Something New
  • Eagerness to Learn
  • Discipline and dedication

3. Identify a vehicle that you can use to get to that financial place.  I assure you not everybody has the same set of skills, talents and abilities.  But believe me when I tell you everybody does have something they do well (if not two or three things) that they can convert into income.  Write out a list of some skills you can use to help you acquire the money to stop your foreclosure and save your family home.  What do people in your neighborhood need – child care?  Taxi service?  Shopping service?  Cleaning service?

4. Set some measurable financial goals.  I really cannot emphasis this strong enough.  If you want to make some more money to get you the foreclosure help you really need(which is more money), then you must have some goals that are measurable.  You must be able to know how well you are doing day by day and be able to measure and predict your progress.  This is a  key element in building wealth.

5. Take fast, powerful and definitive and effective action to create the results you want.  Building a powerful financial future means you take powerful and effective action.  In other words, commit yourself to hard work.  Early mornings and late nights may or may not be necessary.  That depends on the nature of your work and the speed of your accomplishments.

6. Break the entire task down into meaningful time periods.  Okay so I know you’re probably wondering “well how do I know how much to do each day?”  Great question!  The answer is, “You must Chart Your Course.”  If you are going on a long cross country journey, then wouldn’t you get out your map or GPS unit  and calculate how far you will be able to travel each day?

7. Track daily progress.  Every day you must reflect on your accomplishment and generate a report for yourself.  Celebrate the progress you make every day.  Acknowledge when you are slipping behind schedule, identify areas of weakness, resolve to get on track.

8. Adjust performance to match improvements necessary.  By now you should be able to clearly see your way through to the finish line.  You can most likely see that if you make certain adjustments and tweaks. you will create a brand new set of results.  You may have to reach out to a different market, use a different technique, think differently about how your initial approach, or enhance your follow-up techniques.  But your goal should be to establish a finely tuned routine of actions that together generate more money.
