Can You Sell “Change” To You?

The Democratic Presidential Candidate Barrack Obama has mesmerized the nation with the idea of “Change.”  His simple message is that “ordinary people can come together and accomplish extraordinary things.”  On his web site he says “I’m asking you to believe not just in my ability to bring about real change in Washington… I’m asking you to believe in yours.”

So far the current success of the Obama movement is evidence that human beings possess some tremendous powers.  We possess the power of individuality and community.  And we possess the ability to change our contents and our container.  That means we can change who we are on the inside and who we are on the outside.

Okay, you are sitting there wondering what you should doHow do we change who we are on the inside or on the outside?  Well change begins by experiencing frustration with what you are or who you are right now.  right now.  In every person who chooses to change there comes a time when they determine they’ve had enough pain.  Change begins with displeasure or discomfort that is so strong that there is a desire for change.

If you’re not happy with your financial situation right now, you can choose to change it.  You can change it through individual will power as well as through collective togetherness.  The question is how can you change it?  Can you change it best either by tapping the power of yourself as an individual or by activating the power of the community?

This is a message that comes with various veins of truth and corresponding realities.  One of those truths is that nothing is impossible if one can accumulate the right togetherness and cooperation.  That’s the power of community.  The other truth is that you can resolve within your individual self to not live this way anymore.

We believe that by joint-venturing with you to solve financial problems we can actually build a better, stronger community.  No matter how up against the wall you feel you’ve been slammed by financial institutions and regardless of how stung you are by failed promises from mortgage brokers and the lies of dubious investors, the Financial Freedom Info Pack offers some practical solutions that are sure to give you new insights.

Furthermore, why delay change any longer?  That is the final message of Senator Obama.  “We can change our current situation by coming together.”  Trust me when I say it is really true.  By getting the Financial Freedom Info Pack you will be coming together with the best financial minds and the most sensitive and caring individuals who can help you take the appropriate steps to change your situation.  Get it today and let the “Change” begin.

Most people are naturally resistant to change.  Change by its very definition takes us out of our comfort zone and places us in an unfamiliar world.  Senator Obama, in what he calls an “Unlikely Journey” is selling change to the American people.  Can you individually, while in a crisis “sell change to you”?  In the similar words of Mr Obama, “Yes You Can!”

Really Turn Foreclosure Around?

May 31, 2008 by Admin

Are you tired of the uncertainty of your future?  Are you frustrated by the lack of financial power and wealth that you currently have?  Have you come to the place where you no longer want to deal with the constant phone calls from bill collectors?  Are you wondering what is going on?  How can I turn my foreclosure around?

It seems like a perfect financial storm.  Doesn’t it?  There is talk of an economic slowdown.  The housing market is poor and upside downGas prices are up at four dollars per gallon.  Tornadoes are ripping through various communities and fires are burning up others.  Many are wondering, What is happening in America?”

How do you handle a personal foreclosure when it seems like those around you are going through hard times too?  Well first of all if you’re facing foreclosure I greatly encourage you to take the first step to getting out.  That first step can very well be downloading the Free Foreclosure Report

How do you stop foreclosure and start building wealth when there seems to be less wealth around you?  Many are asking this question.  What do I do to bring about a brand new life for myself?  Where is the government agency support system that will help me secure my future?  How can I change my life to stop my foreclosure?

And so you start musing to yourself.  “Well I started late in my life to realize that working on a job forever would never get me wealthy.”  “But I’m scared of how the future will be for me if I don’t take action.”  So you ask plainly, how can /I direct my future when the present seems bleak?  What do I do now to make the future seem brighter?

Well I like your questions.  I’m going to offer you some valuable step by step actions you can implement in your life that will help you start climbing out of foreclosure and debt and start you on your way to building wealth.  You must realize that immediate quick actions are needed if you want to make a difference in your life.  And what you do or do not do will likely affect your entire family’s security and livelihood.

Steps to Handling Tough times.

Education:  Make certain you bookmark this blog and take advantage of the resources offered in the sidebar.  In a few days you will find a wealth of information here In the sidebar.  Some of it is free and some of it will have small charge.  I know you’re probably broke right now and wondering where you’ll find the money to pay for any e-book or audio download.

Here is one thing I’ve learned about spending money on education.  Yes educating yourself is very expensive.  However, “the only thing that cost more than education is ignorance.”  Education is important in any set of actions designed to help you build a better life.  Getting the necessary knowledge may cost but it is far cheaper than living in ignorance.  The  Fair Debt Collection Practices Act is one example.

Budget: Make sure you have a working budget in place and follow it religiously.  Become aware of exactly how much money you need to live on.  Identifying your financial footprint allows you to have a sense of your own personal costs.  You own it to yourself to know how much it cost in order for you and your family to live your present lifestyle.

Not knowing how much living is costing you is hurting you now and will forever continue to hurt you.  Without knowing how much money you need to make monthly your mind has nothing to work towards.  It’s like aiming at nothing and hitting it.  You have no real idea how much money you need in order to just break even, make a marginal profit or a financial windfall.  Thus you’re left without the power of choice and decision.

Prepare to Navigate: Realize you can navigate your way through challenging rough times.  Where you are now is not where you will always be.  You are on a journey somewhere.  The real question is where are you going?  You alone must take a moment and discover where you really are right now and determine where you want to go.

Most likely if you are facing foreclosure you can choose an action to mitigate your situation now.  You can choose to sell, finance or just walk away.  The latter is very much a hurtful and non-productive choice that will leave you with blemished credit and in a place of powerlessness.  Even if your home is highly leveraged I encourage you to face the situation and seek to find a solution.

Fix a Clear Mental Picture: Get a clear mental picture of your plan of action.  Establish a plan to both stop the foreclosure or sell your house or merely buy you more time.  Also get a plan to create wealth for yourself.  Establish a clear picture of the kind of life and experience you want and design your plan.

I am working diligently to turn this site into the number one site providing help and advice for people who are facing foreclosure.  I encourage you to visit often because I’ll be writing a new post very often.  I’ll also add new features, opportunities and educational information that will provide you with the resources you need to accomplish what you want to do.

Last But Not Least Take Powerful Action:  What actions you take will determine the results you get.  So do take action.  One fundamental rule of thumb is dramatically change what you did that brought you into foreclosure.  Adopt a new daily routine.  Work harder on yourself and your family than you do on your job.  Build your mind, body and your spirit.   By doing this you will bring a more powerful person to the table.

Enhancing your own personal life creates within you a powerful and dynamic force that will natural transform every situation you’re in including your current debt and foreclosure situation.  Remember this important underlying principle.  Powerful action will give you powerful results.  Massive action produces massive results.  Creative action produces creative results.

Changing Your Life to Stop Foreclosure?

May 29, 2008 by Admin

Sure you can!  It’s just one suggestion but it’s a great idea.  Why not choose to make drastic changes to save your credit, save your dignity, save your money and equity and avoid foreclosure?  You may say “well what can I change”?  The answer is simply one word.  Everything!  Yes!

Sometimes changing our lives completely is overlooked simply because we’ve grown comfortable and accustomed to living a certain way.  But, if life isn’t working out for you the way you’re living it right now then why not change it?

Today CNN hosted a story about how many Americans have chosen to change their lifestyle to dodge hefty gas bills.  In the midst of this enormous gas hike they have chosen to adapt and change.  Isn’t that a powerful choice?  They are not complaining and crying and saying “it shouldn’t be this way.”  They are changing and doing so dramatically.

Some are taking public transportation, others are car pooling, and still others are riding bicycles.  Some are walking or even changing their jobs to ones where they can work from home.  America is changing its lifestyle to accommodate higher gas prices.  This is a powerful way to live because it employs the human ability to adapt.

Likewise, for anybody who is facing foreclosure and wants to get out, a willingness to change one’s lifestyle can be a powerful attitude supporting a clear mapped out plan for stopping foreclosure and starting to build wealth.

By being willing to make adjustments to one’s lifestyle whether these adjustments are small or large, simple or complicated, one can emerge from today into the sunshine of a brighter and better tomorrow.

It is the believe that we cannot change that has us moored to our low and dismal places.  Is it that we not that we have never known that change was possible.

We were all born with the capacity to change, to adjust and to adapt.  So, no matter how old or young we may be, we still have latent memories of changes we have made or experienced that gave us a vastly different life

In fact if we really tell the truth about ourselves the life we are living now is a life we “changed into”.  Just look at all the dynamic changes we have adapted and adjusted to.  We have changed from children to adults.

We may have changed from uneducated to educated.  We may have changed from smokers to non-smokers or drinkers to non-drinkers.  We may have changed from single to married or vice-versa.

Our bodies have changed dramatically since the day we were born.  Our ideas have changed.  Our understandings and perspectives have all changed.  Our age is changing constantly along with our feelings and emotions.

The cells in our bodies change day by day and our relationships with family and friends, associates and partners is constantly undergoing review and change.

So, the truth is we are not foreign to change, nor are we adverse to it except when we are faced with changes we did not expect, initiate or desire.  Isn’t it the that we seem to become most resistant to change?  Don’t we feel uncomfortable when outside forces press us to change and naturally respond by resisting?

But, by resisting we add power to the force that is asking for change and we cause it to live more vigorously and cause more pain.

Sometimes the best way to solve a problem is to embrace it and not resist the call of that problem for change.  Instead of holding on to what you know and clinging to what has been why not use your problem as an exploration room where you can examine what changes you can make in your life?

The power of change is that it carries the greatest capacity to give you a new life.  I like the quote from Jim Rohn.  He says, if you want life to change for you then you must change!  Wow!!!  This is powerful and potent in terms of its impact and meaning.

For sure life is constantly changing all around us.  Won’t you agree that nothing remains the same?  But what many fail to understand is that for us to stay within a changing world and not make changes to ourselves is for us to merely let life happen to us.  So most of us are taught that we cannot stop or alter the life that is going on around us

The Sun, Moon and Stars, move as though directed by a force other than us.  All nature appears to be on a course all its own without any desire to ask our opinion or be influenced by our will.

The world pretty much does its own thing regardless of our whim and fancy.  It rains when it will and snows when it will.  The wind blows when and where it will and none of these entities asks our permission.  Life is just a series of on-going events that are happening all around us and seemingly in spite of us.

So many muster much strength to try to change the world around them.  Some seek to adjust the weather and change the atmosphere or the landscape.

Some seek to change governments and masses of people through protests and complaining.  Still others seek to change their circumstances or through negotiations, talks, politics, or even war.

So while on one hand we are not strangers to change, on the other hand we have resisted change except when it comes to the world around us.  Isn’t it then that, we embrace it and love it and even demand it?

But for us to demand that the world around us change while we ourselves remain the same represents the heights of foolish folly.  It would mean that we become the helpless, powerless victim in the stream of life.

In order for the world around us to change into a greater reflection of the type of life we want then we must change ourselves.  Don’t ask for life to be easier, ask for more skills.

Don’t ask for less problems, ask for more wisdom.  Don’t ask for less challenges, ask for more power.  By focusing on the changes we can make within ourselves we discover a powerful force for molding and shaping the world around us

What to change when in foreclosure or debt and seeking to create wealth?  There is so much we can change when facing financial difficulties.  And every change we make gives us a  brand new opportunity for living life a different way.

We can change our attitude our perspective our understanding our desires and our goals.  We can change our lifestyle, our vocation, our personality and our self image.  There is really nothing we cannot change the moment we recognize that we changed it at one time in the past into the way it is now

But how do you go about changing the things you choose to change?  All change becomes possible when “what was” dies, dissolves or disappears and something new is offered to take its place.  Many people experience great difficulty changing because they are unaware that you cannot remove a “way of being” or an “attitude” or a “certain behavior” or a “mentality” or an “action”  from its place and leave an empty void there.

Nature abhors a vacuum and soon such empty places will be reclaimed by that same or similar entity that was there before you changed.  True change can only happen if you replace what held that space with something brand new.

You can replace poverty with wealth, ignorance with knowledge, foolishness with wisdom and powerlessness with power.  But you cannot leave empty spaces or voids in your life for then your change would be ineffective.

When is the right time to change?  Now!  Every time and every moment is the right time and moment for change.  Many have the mentality that they must wait for the right time or wait for conditions to be right.  Conditions will never be :right” and there is no right time.

There is only now!  Can you see that waiting for another moment is really waiting to fall victim to the illusive lie of “Someday”

Most of us are caught in the lurid and misguided trap of “Someday”.  When you come to understand that there is no “someday” you will realize that “today” is the “someday” you have been waiting for all along.

If you are going to change your life or adopt a new lifestyle or start saving money “someday” you must start doing all those things now.  Don’t wait for the conditions to be right and the circumstances to be different.  Do it right now.

I encourage you to sign up for The Free Foreclosure Report & Wealth Building Package. By doing so you will begin to activate tremendous opportunities for growth and development financially.

Facing Foreclosure Twisters?

May 27, 2008 by Admin

This year so far we have seen a record outbreak in tornadoes spanning the United States.  This outbreak threatens the American family and lifestyle and adds to the already severe storm of financial and foreclosure activities that have ripped through neighborhoods, families and homes.

There is an association that is organized for people who wish to chase and follow storms.  But for most in foreclosure the feeling is that the storm is chasing them.

The growing question is what can we do to make our lives safer, more powerful and productive?  How do we as a people deal now with looming weather storms that rage and threaten our households from without amidst the silent financial storms that rage and threaten our household from within?

Well I think the first thing we must recognize is that it is just a storm and storms don’t last.  That’s right!  You can rest assured that your financial troubles will one day be over if you don’t give up, because storms don’t last.  The tornado is very real, menacing, and it packs a tremendous threat.  It has the capacity to destroy homes, belongings and life itself.

What I’ve noticed about people faced with the impending threat of a forceful twister is that folks don’t give upWhy is thatWhat is it that instinctively causes us to seek shelter in a low-lying ditch, crawl into a cellar or hide out in a basement What motivates the persistent will to live during the storm and then go to work after the storm to rebuild a life or home that has been shattered?

We seem to be most altruistic during the storms.  Mothers seek the safety and shelter of their children.  Father’s seek the welfare of the entire family.  The children hold onto each other and and help each other out.  The extended family call and inquire to find out if everything is okay.  The entire community bands together to help each other cope with the crisis and live to see a better day.

Certainly during the storm we see much evidence of the greatest and the best in the human spirit.  Nothing allows us to demonstrate our best human qualities than those times when life and safety are threatened.  We naturally find ways to tap into our giving nature and offer our best to others

I believe we can learn much about how to handle financial storms from the way in which we handle weather storms.  By modeling or emulating what we do during weather storms and applying it to financial storms we can actually begin to create some innovative solutions.

Have you ever let your mind brainstorm about the way you have handled or would handle a storm?  This might be a valuable reflection exercise that can bring about new perspectives and deeper understanding.  A new idea of how to deal with your present financial picture may emerge and you might actually be able solve your current problems in a brand new way.

If we pause for a moment in the midst of all the noise around us we just might discover there is so much more internal resources of power and love and strength than we ever thought we had.  And surely if we implement that which we can and do the best with what we have it is highly possible that most can turn their situation around.

Is this really that hard to do?  Certainly not.  The mind of man can accomplish anything if we are persistent.  If people coming together and working together can land a robot on a Martian surface millions of miles away then surely we can come together to solve financial problems here on this planet.

See if your experience and perspective are similar to mine.  For me as I reflect on how I’ve dealt with real bad weather storms in my life some specific actions come to mind.  There seems to be a natural instinctive ability to develop a philosophy of how to relate to the storm that creates a certain understanding and attitude about what to do or not do during a storm.

First of all, I’ve noticed that during a bad weather storm we somehow know that though it may be rough we will survive this.  Yes, not all do survive and casualties are high.  But what would happen to your self-confident if you bring this new but refreshing attitude to the table of your greatest financial challenge?  No matter what happens, regardless of what the bank or the courts say or do I’ll survive this and live to tell the story.

Secondly, I’ve noticed that storms do indeed drive us together.  We cling to each other in a storm.  With that thought in mind why do we tend to seek isolation and separation during financial storms?  Why not employ that same attitude and tactically seek togetherness during your financial storm

You don’t have to stay separated, secretive and secluded during financial hard times.  Let the storm drive you together and cling to one another in a unity that produces warmth, comfort and true emotional strength.  Don’t strive to survive your financial troubles on your own and lose the regenerative energizing power of a group or a family.  Find or build a team to rally behind you.  Be open and vulnerable and let that group become a source of strength for you.

Thirdly, I noticed that we act quickly in a storm.  Taking quick, sharp, decisive action both individually or collectively helps us survive.  In other words do you have a sense of urgency while going through your financial storm?  You don’t need panic that leads to rash judgments and poor decisions.  You need to be able to make clear, strong, intelligent movements based on reliable sources and proper guidance

You must know how to get the advice you need about your situation.  Take and employ counsel and guidance that is sound and true.  Do not fail to act upon the knowledge, wisdom and understanding that is available to you.  One great source of advice and knowledge for you when going through foreclosure is the Free Foreclosure Report  It is simple, comprehensive, clear and easy to read.

Create a plan and then implement that plan all the.  Why hesitate or skip steps?  Why do a thing half-heartedly and then complain that it didn’t work?  Fully throw the full force and power of your energy behind your plan and act with confidence that your plan will work.

Finally, I’ve noticed that when in a storm you get a glimpse of what is really most important in life.  In other words storms offer us a chance to take inventory of our true wealth and value.  What are those things in your life that are not replaceable yet often times taken for granted?  During the storm we catch a clear picture of those things which, when gone, are gone forever.

During the storm we know beyond a shadow of a doubt that life is precious.  Health is precious.  Family and friends are precious.  Time together, love and laughter are precious.  Safety and security are precious.  Supplies of water, food, clothing, warmth and shelter are precious.  Everything else can go because we know how to get it back again.

What this means for those who may be facing trying financial times is that you can let your financial storm either remind or teach you that there are some things which when gone are gone forever.  Then we can cling to those things and now release our tenacious hold on things which are replaceable.

We can sell some off some of the expensive furniture and big screen TV sets.  We can sell the new car or get someone to take over the payments.  We can even sell the house while the market still allows and move into a smaller house knowing with certainty that we can and will buy another house.

What we don’t want is the stress, fear and anger that the financial storm creates.  We need to stay committed to living for those things which have intrinsic life and value.

Surviving the financial storm is possible as long as you don’t give up and don’t give in.  Don’t give up on yourself and on your family or your dreams.  Don’t give in to the fear or the threats or the anger and shame.  Take cover, bunker down, and have faith that one day the sun will shine again.

Landing On a Distant Financial Landscape?

May 25, 2008 by Admin

Are youAre you planning or intending to one day land on a different financial landscape Have you ever pondered if that is even possible?  Have you ever developed the desire to be somewhere else?  You don’t have to stay where you are financially.  You can change and develop and build your financial life into one that is powerful and prosperous.

Just today NASA+’S Mars Phoenix Lander successfully landed on the Martian surface near its North pole and clearly illustrated that nothing can bind the human spirit. But how in the world did they do it?  They did it by bring a powerful desire coupled with a profound focus together with a meaningful plan.  As long as there is a powerful desire to do a thing and a united focus developed into a feasible plan to accomplish it, that thing can be done.

Most of us are stuck in the belief that we must stay where we are financially.  However, this is not true for any part of human existence.  Freedom of mobility is almost like a divine right and we always have the choice to move.  We can live anywhere we want and choose any kind of lifestyle to accommodate our presence in the place we live.  Indeed, we shape and create our lives in every way.

We are not bound or moored to our place of birth or our position in life.  Our platform of beliefs, our financial landscape and environment are all changeable.  If we don’t like how much money we are currently making we have the power to change it!  If we don’t like where we live or how we live, we can change that too!  If we don’t like the quality of life we are living we can even change that!

There are many who have demonstrated this time and time again.  There are so many all around who have chosen not to stay stuck in their financial ruts.  Single mothers who feel stuck in the most dire and distressing circumstances have broken free.  Millions of men who are tired of living a life of financial stress have broken free as well.

Can you break free and enter a realm where you can begin to positively create the financial wealth you deserve?  Yes you can.  Have you ever seen someone powerfully pull themselves up from their familiar lifestyle and surroundings and plant themselves into a new field and environment?  Why not choose a brand new life and make plans to implement it?

They have charted a course to another financial landscape almost with the same certainty as NASA mapped out and charted a course to Mars.  How do they do it?  With deliberate action and consistent determination they march forward while following carefully mapped goals until they reach the final destination.

So, if you’re feeling bound to a given circumstance or set of limiting conditions today, I encourage you to know and believe that you can change, adapt and transform yourself into whatever you desire.  If you are on your last leg financially and you’re looking for ways to build wealth you can become financially strong.  Start by believing you can change where you are.  You can move

Some may feel they must wait for the right time to get started.  Many have good intentions to start a home based business or start making money through some kind of online marketing.  They are convinced that the time is just not right to start making more money and experience more success.  But this is not the truth.

The truth is you can start anytime and anywhere.  There is no such thing as the right time.  Go out and make the time right for you to get started.  Success belongs to those who go in search of the circumstances they desire and if they don’t find them they go out and create them.

A good place to begin is to take a fresh new look at your current mortgage and clearly understand the challenges you may be facing when dealing with your bank or lender.  Please download the Free Foreclosure Report now and take advantage of this opportunity to get a new understanding of the laws governing your state that concern you while being a borrower facing foreclosure.

Then subscribe to this blog and stay current and up-to-date with all the posts I write.  I will be providing various step-by-step approaches to help you make the positive and dynamic changes you need to make in order to dramatically create the financial life you want.  Start with the Free Foreclosure Report.  Feel free to comment on this post, make suggestions about what you would like to read concerning your finances or ask questions.  I strive to provide valuable and relavent information to aid in the development of a strong financial future and a prosperous life.

Can You Plug the Financial Leaks?

Stuck In Foreclosure Debt Ruts?

May 21, 2008 by Admin

It’s not just you that’s facing a financial pinch and the trap of foreclosure right now.  It’s most of us who live in North America.   Financial fears are looming!  Economic brokenness abound and more and more many are feeling stuck in the ruts of financial debt and despair.  How can you get out of financial ruts and escape the foreclosure trap.  You can’t just walk away!

Well today I’m going to give you some powerful tips for getting out of a financial rut or a foreclosure trap.  First of all let’s examine the reality of a trap.  A trap or a rut is simply a confinement or a hold that keeps you where you do not  want to be.  Therefore, being in a place financially that you do not want to be in is a trap.

What makes the trap or the ruts more real is that merely wanting to get out is not enough to get out.  If you are stuck somewhere then wishing you were somewhere else simply doesn’t work.  No amount of will power or desire is enough to escape.  So how can you get out of a foreclosure trap or a financial rut?

Sometimes getting out of the ruts is more difficult because we’ve become comfortable.  It is human nature to seek comfort and ease.  But nothing positive, powerful or productive happens in comfort and complacency.  All growth development and transformation requires one to push out beyond the walls of ease and familiarity.  This is also true for those who wish to leave the ruts of financial despair.

Often that comfort is sought because it is a place of rest.  Sometimes it is a intended to be for a temporary moment.  But somehow we get stuck and stay longer.  Most of us may even tend to lose our sense of belonging when in our rut of comfort.  We resist the places of challenge and difficulty and embrace the ease and comfort of our situation even though we are not happy.

But for anybody who is stuck financially in debt or in foreclosure there is a simple formula that I’ve found can help.  This formula is not just powerful and effective but it is near perfect in it’s ability to create help you turn your situation around.

I have outlined this formula below into five simple steps to help you break free from financial ruts.  Implement it faithfully and watch your release from your financial rut.  After studying and understanding the important concepts I’ve shared below I invite you to download the Free Foreclosure Report     and become familiar with the laws for your state.

How to Leave the Financial Ruts:

Step 1Being Stuck In Any Kind Of Rut Becomes a Crisis.  Understand the nature of your situation and the financial ruts you are in.  The financial situation by itself is not the problem.  Your connection to it becomes a crisis.  It is a crisis because you are stuck.

Step 2Know and Recognize the Severity of the Crisis.  But know that it is only a crisis because you do not have a solution for it.  Many others may face your exact same circumstances and have no crisis because they have a solution.

Step 3Discover Your Way Of Being While In Crisis. Acknowledge that the typical human response to a crisis is a Way Of Being.  We naturally adopt a particular, Fixed Way Of Thinking, Acting and Being as a reaction to our crisis.  Some typical responses or reactions to a crisis are depression, anger, avoidance, denial, bargaining, aggression, or self-medicating with food or substance abuse.

Step 4 – Realize Your Way Of Being Serves to Reinforce Your Being Stuck In the Ruts

Step 5Stop Trying to Change Your Situation and Instead Focus On Changing Your Way of Being. Choose an entirely different attitude, response, way of thinking and being as a response to your crisis.  Write down what comes to mind as a result of changing your focus towards your way of being.  For instance begin to look at advantages or positive aspects about your crisis.

Step 6Mentally Stand Outside Yourself and Observe Your Own Behavior while in a crisis.  Honestly distinguish who you have unconsciously chosen to become while in your crisis.  Write down those characteristics.

Step 7 – Brainstorm to Determine what actions someone who has this new approach to your crisis would engage in.  Identify what actions they would avoid.  Imagine what the results would be and what

Step 8Become Aware of What Specialized Knowledge and Information somebody who adopts a totally different Way Of Being would adopt for themselves

The definitive action to get the Free Foreclosure Report may seem like an uncomfortable and uneasy one but if you dared to read it you would become more aware of the laws that govern the foreclosure process in your state.

So for the first time you will begin to think and act out of a basis of knowledge, wisdom and understanding.  Therefore knowing that you have the power to change your situation and climb out of financial pitfalls of despair can be energizing and invigorating.

I encourage you today to do what may seem uncomfortable.  Get the Free Foreclosure Report today and start the journey to regain your financial security.  Leaving your comfort zone can get you an even wider and newer comfort zone by broadening your financial horizons and empowering you to make wise decisions in these difficult times.  Why not conquer your greatest financial fears with the power of knowledge.

Facing Foreclosure… Will You Just Walk Away?

May 16, 2008 by Admin

Thousands are currently facing foreclosure within the United States.  And lately many have unwittingly given away their homes for free.  Yes, they just gave it all away.  That’s what is so baffling.

They didn’t even take the time and energy to investigate their options. Are you shocked? Would you give away your home with your hard earned equity in it for free?

If you are facing foreclosure would you give away your house simply because you grew tired of the banks threatening phone calls and the lawyer’s cunning letters? What if some unscrupulous investor came along and literally sought to swindled you out of your home with a good story?

Being totally unaware of what you are doing may cause you to inadvertently sign on the dotted line. And if you did you may have just sold your entire rights to your valuable plot of land out of fear and worry

This action could possibly disrupt the future comfort and security of your entire life.  Your children may be affected negatively in the long run simply because you made a rush to judgment and made a decision without proper knowledge and wisdom.

Or else would you simply pack all their belongings in the family car one day and seat belt the children and drive away.  Clearly, these are acts of desperation performed by people who are financially hurting. Well you may ask, “Doc, what is the answer to my problem?”

Well, I don’t profess to know your situation perfectly but these facts I do know.  Walking away is not the answerDoing nothing is not the answer. And seeking for an easy answer and getting it from an unscrupulous investor is not the answer either.

I certainly hope you have not made a rash and ill-advised decision to sell based on a rush to judgment.  I hope you still have your home and that you are actively looking for a solution to keep your home.

Or maybe I should ask the difficult question.  Have you already walked away from the foreclosure situation you’re facing? There are so many people who are walking away from their debt and their foreclosure problems because they believe that’s their only option.

Understandably, it is challenging to know how to deal with the crisis of foreclosure.  This is not something that one usually gets a chance to develop much experience dealing with. To stay and deal with it requires much more than many believe they have to bring to the situation.

However, most times by getting the right information we can create a solution that is powerful and effective. I know learning how to take pro active actions and positive steps may be challenging when you feel down and in despair. But instead of walking away without knowledge of your rights and your options

I invite you to take some time and get the knowledge and understanding you need to make a wise decision. Believe me, you owe it to yourself and your children to pause for a moment and study your situation.

Let me suggest that you download the Free Foreclosure Report and follow the instructions spelled out inside.  It is  comprehensive, straight forward and easy to read.  You will find it to possess a wealth of knowledge to educate you on the laws in your State and on various options you may have when facing foreclosure based on the laws in your State.

In order to successfully chart a course or plan an effective strategy you must study the laws in your area and know your rights. Once you start studying and reading I promise a clearer picture will emerge and your mind will be prepared to create another plan of action.

This report also shares with you exactly what not to do when in foreclosure.  It contains relevant information that will equip you with the right knowledge and greatly enhance your ability to solve your financial problems.

This Free Foreclosure Report is 100% free and given simply because I’ve watched far too many people make the wrong decision at a time like this.  Trust me, this report will not cost you anything, but it will pay you over and over and over in all kinds of ways.

Of course the ultimate payment is the peace of mind that comes from conquering your fear with knowledge, restoring hope and dignity by bravely taking the right actions to resolve your situation. The confidence and security you will acquire will determine your present attitude and chart your financial destiny to a powerful future!

Why is the USA Foreclosure Crisis like China’s Earthquake?

May 14, 2008 by Admin

We in the West woke up this past Monday morning to witness China’s painful tragedy. A world away while the West slept, a 7.9 magnitude earthquake rocked an entire region of Asia.

Now, thousands are dead or buried buried alive, others are injured and broken and the nation is in turmoil. Schools, homes and factories are shaken off their foundation. Security is threatened and lurking dangers of further aftershocks seem to hide in the dark, shadowy uncertainty of the next few days ahead.

While the eyes of the world are focused on this newest tragedy I am reminded of a similar tragedy that has been going on right here in American neighborhoods. Yes indeed the United States foreclosure crisis in many ways mirrors China’s earth shattering catastrophic upheaval.

So far the victims are counted in the thousands. And the numbers are still rising. Many are focused on how to prevent and stop foreclosure.  In many ways that is like trying to stop the impending doom of a gigantic earthquake like what China is now reeling from. How do you stop the unstoppable?

The truth is you don’t. At best you can accommodate or cope with the disarray, discouragement and dismay.  Or maybe you can access disaster and relief services after the cataclysmic event occurs.  But of course there always seems to be less emergency help, aid and relief services than is needed.

Now of course in the world of personal finances what is needed is not so much after care recovery programs and rescue missions.  Those are fine for all who want to access their services and implement their relief programs.

What is needed most is a plan to build on a solid and secure foundation. After care rescue and recovery services kick in after the disaster has happened.  But a plan to build and establish a solid and secure foundation provide a earthquake proof financial reality.

By taking the time to explore now before you enter into foreclosure you will have the chose to avoid a foreclosure earthquake. So what is the one truth we can learn from this tragedy? We in the West do well to know and understand one simple truth.  It is the Truth of a Solid Foundation

We must build our lives on solid financial foundations. Millions in China were affected because their homes, schools or businesses were built directly on a fault lines. Thus their homes were beautiful but the structural foundation of was shaky and unsecure.

Like China’s earthquake, America’s foreclosure crisis affects millions today because of a series of fault lines that many have built upon. If you know whether or not you are one of those well meaning people whose financial foundation is shaky I suggest you sit up now and take notice right now.

Don’t wait for the quake to rock your house from under you. Do something now! Why not act now to secure or change your foundation? Did you think to call your bank ahead and explore the possibilities of getting into a new but fixed and secure mortgage?

If you got into your mortgage easily because of a bank’s relaxed lending practices then you need to do so research to make sure it is not a financial fault line. Don’t wait until the ground beneath you begins to move.

Most want their home to be a safe and secure place. Isn’t that where your mind is? Don’t you desire your living quarters to be a place of protection, safety and security? Well it can only be that for you if you are really willing to explore and investigate your financial foundation and make changes ahead of time.

You may be wondering, well what steps can I take to begin exploring and investigating my foundation? This is the right question and asking the right questions like these are great places to start.  I will suggest some simple but powerful steps you can take right now to help you understand your financial situation and uncover the fault lines.

Step 1 – Download the Free Foreclosure Report and follow all the instructions Step 2 – Open all mail correspondence and take all phone calls Step 3 – Create a list of all your outstanding debts and bills

Step 4 – Become aware of all that you owe and clearly identify what is most urgently waiting to be paid.

Step 5 – Call every merchant and lender and arrange a payment agreement

Step 6 – Visualize your self way bigger than the problem of  debt

Step 7 – Identify all your sources of current income potential income

Step 8 – Create for your self a plan of action that cuts and reduces costs while at the same time increasing revenue

Step 9 – Research and study about new and innovative low risk, high growth investment opportunities

Step 10 – Implement a steady and consistent savings plan and faithfully stick to it. I promise you that if you implement these ten simple and powerful actions you will take gigantic leaps in building a firm financial foundation.  Then when the storm rises or the earth quakes your foundation will be secure and solid.

Thus instead of looking for a rescue program you will experience more peace of mind and personal power.
