Are you in a situation where you face losing all your hard earned equity?

You might have lived there for the last 10 to 20 years and built up a considerable amount of equity in your house. Then what happened? Well suddenly because of various personal problems you missed a couple of payments.

You may be wondering, how do I get caught up? I have thousands of dollars in equity in my house but how do I access it? Why wouldn’t the bank talk to me and help me out? Haven’t I payed faithfully and on time all these years? Why is this bank being so insensitive? Your home is your largest investment and you don’t want to lose your equity. But you are asking, how do I save my home? How do I save my equity? What is the foreclosure process?

Believe it or not there are some effective and powerful solutions as long as you are willing to be creative and innovative. Did you know that you can refinance your home without credit, and without current income? You can do this as long as you are willing to be creative and innovative. Why allow your current situation to dictate the way your future turns out? Why not take charge of your affairs and steer your way into a brand new financial position?  Why not learn about the procedure procedures and how to overcome?

Whatever you do, I certainly hope you don’t fall prey to those who would seek to steal your equity and your home. Many of those who have signs up around the community saying “I BUY HOUSES” are not well intentioned and honest. Their goal is primarily to take your house with all your hard earned equity in it. I like the Free Foreclosure Report because of all the in depth, comprehensive and valuable information it offers. It documents clearly what is going on in the foreclosure investment industry and it shows you how to avoid the pitfalls and take advantage of viable solutions.  I encourage you to learn the foreclosure process.

Sometimes when life hits you hard and you see a whole new world of tragedy looming ahead, you can’t help but wonder, how do I avoid losing everything?

What did the bank say when they called? Are they really putting the house in foreclosure simply because of a few missed or late payments? And you ponder, why wouldn’t they let me catch up on my payments? Why wouldn’t they even give me a bit of a break for six months or so?  What is up with this foreclosure procedure which seems to be so on-sideded?

You are certain you can catch up until that last check doesn’t clear and now you are more than three payments behind and facing impending foreclosure. You ask, how did I end up in foreclosure? And how do I get out? Everywhere you turn you face obstacles and no matter what you do things just seem to get worse. Then you wonder where are the people who explain how this whole foreclosure process works? How do I learn the system? How do I stop this?

Can I unravel what seems to be a mysterious foreclosure process?

You ask yourself, does this mean I lose all my equity? Do I lose my pride and dignity too or is it just my credit that will be gone? If you are asking any of these questions then you are not alone. Millions are facing the threat of foreclosure every day and feel caught in a no win situation and wondering how do I get out? Well there is a way out. Are you eager to learn?

Will the Foreclosure Lawyer Resign like Castro?

February 20, 2008 by Admin

Don’t you wish somehow your foreclosure lawyer would resign like Castro?

Well, finally there seems to be a crack in the Communist regime of Fidel Castro’s Cuban dictatorship.  Due to poor health and an increasingly failing capacity to govern, he has announced his resignation.  And while millions in Little Havana and all over the world rejoice at the thought that Fidel Castro will no longer be on the “island throne” of Cuba, they are reminded that his little brother is still very much alive and well.  He lurks in the shadowy distance ready to take over and continue the dictatorship.  Isn’t this similar to what one who is in foreclosure faces?

Don’t you wish somehow your foreclosure lawyer would resign like Castro?  That may seem like a simple way of ending your foreclosure.  But then the loan officer would simply put a new lawyer in place.  And likewise, if the sheriff refuses to serve an eviction they’ll just get a new sheriff on your block.  Surely Cuba can be totally free from the brutal hands of dictators one day, but when one faces foreclosure the issue will not simply go away.  Even after you are evicted from the house the record of it will stay on your credit report for another 7 to 10 years and impede your ability to get necessary financing to put your life back in order.  It won’t just go away.  It will nag you and haunt you and harass you for the rest of your life.

The best thing to do when trying to deal with your foreclosure is to first recognize that though it seems like you’re in bondage you are much better off than those who are stuck in Castro’s dictatorship.  You still have your freedom and thus you have numerous viable and powerful choices.  You can learn about the foreclosure process which will be a tremendous help to you. According to the Free Foreclosure Report, which I’ve come to respect as a prominent source of guidance and information, there are many pitfalls that you need to avoid.  Thus, taking action requires knowledge, wisdom and understanding.  I encourage all who are facing foreclosure to take advantage of the Free Foreclosure Report resource as you plan your escape from the brutal and dictatorial threats of your foreclosure situation.  I believe you can understand the foreclosure procedures.

Don’t resign … take action and use these resources to unpack the mysteries of the foreclosure process.

Is Foreclosure Ruining Your Life?

Were you as shocked as I today by the Northern Illinois University campus shooting rampage yesterday evening? And while the nation and the world recoils in horror wondering what could have caused this madness, we learn that the shooter Steven P. Kazmierczak of Champaign, Illinois was a most  unlikely culprit.  Teachers claim he was a role model student who showed up to class on time, did his homework faithfully and made viable contributions to his community.

He was a man of tremendous promise who will forever be remembered as the Northern Illinois University Gunman.  Everybody is asking the number one question.  Why?  Why would somebody who appears normal and well adjusted and happy in life do this? Clearly, for Steven P. Kazmierczak, something hidden and desperate was brewing underneath all the apparent promise he  showed.  How does this relate to one’s potential foreclosure situation you ask? Well frankly is the foreclosure procedures brewing at the bottom of your financial life that may be driving you to the edge?

Surely, there are some interesting parallels to be considered if you are facing foreclosure. In the end what kind of student the gunman was didn’t matter.  In the end the fact that he showed no signs of emotional disturbance didn’t matter.  What mattered most is that there was something brewing underneath.  Something that could have possibly been dealt with if only it were known.  Is there something brewing beneath the surface of your financial matters? Are you facing certain challenges such as not knowing foreclosure procedures that are unknowingly driving you to the edge? In this man’s life there was an unknown terror and fear lurking beneath the surface.  That terror and fear emerged and struck death and destruction in the life and heart of this University.

What is clear and easily gleaned from an initial pondering of this event is that in the life of every human being there runs a risk. And even sometimes when things don’t appear wrong there may be a risk that something unknown and unrecognized lies beneath and threatens to destroy the peace, beauty and harmony of life.  That something that lurks may seem benign and unobtrusive at the moment but it is clearly dangerous and destructive.

This event can open us up to many questions if we let it.  Where is my weak spot? As a man, as a citizen and as a human being, what is my weakest link? For sure the gunman Steven P. Kazmierczak was hiding something destructive and deadly underneath the surface.  We don’t believe most people reading this are prone to go out and commit some heinous act of terror or destruction.  We harbor every hope that whatever is lurking is not so dangerous that it will cause death or loss of life.   But still we must ask, is there something like that hiding  in the dark recesses of my financial affairs?

Apparently for Steven P. Kazmierczak there was much about his life that was undisclosed to others and known only to himself.  Someone like him cannot be considered transparent and honest.  But ask yourself the question, am I open and honest and transparent about my life, about my finances? Or is there something within me that I am hiding and protecting that may suddenly drive me to the financial edge? That shouldn’t happen if you become knowledgeable about foreclosure procedues.

For many people facing foreclosure there is a natural discomfort in talking about the situation that often times results in silence.  Few wish to openly expose themselves to the scrutiny and examination of others who may be able to advise, support and help.  Many may see the signs of financial failure and destruction in their own lives but they refuse to share those signs with others.  They choose rather to hide behind pretentious smiles and plastic cover-ups and then suddenly something happens and what they’ve been hiding, protecting and keeping to themselves all along emerges and shocks their world, destroying the peace, safety and comfort of families and friends.

Good news – You don’t have to stay in hiding any longer.  If you are facing foreclosure and you’ve chosen to stay in hiding and pretend that all is well, I challenge you to come out of hiding today. You don’t have to suffer in silence and alone.  In this modern era there is a world of support and help available about foreclosure procedures.  Right now I can refer you to our Free Foreclosure Report and our Financial Freedom Info Pack.  We hope these sites can provide you with information that will help you deal with your most pressing financial issues and keep you from going over the edge.

Stop An Inevitable Foreclosure Process?

Yes it is true.  The US Navy will attempt to shoot down a failed spy satellite this week. Isn’t this a measure of last resorts? Didn’t this satellite cost a huge sum of money to begin with? Of course it did.  But NASA refused to take steps months ago when it could have conceivably sent a shuttle up to repair the machine and so now they are left with absolutely no options.
